Proxy Access Guidelines

What is Proxy Access?

Proxy access allows someone to view the medical records of a family member or person under their care, and communicate with the patient's physician's office on their behalf.
If you have proxy access to an Atrius Health patient, you can use MyHealth Online to view portions that patient's medical records and communicate with their physician's office. All MyHealth Online communications are restricted to non-urgent matters.
Proxy access is granted once an authorization form has been completed and processed by the site where the patient receives care. Proxy access can be terminated by Atrius Health at any time.

You can access the accounts you have been given proxy access to by logging into your own MyHealth account.
