MyChart Mobile App

Want to access your medical record on the go? Now you can access MyHealth Online on your Apple or Android device. It's easy! Follow the steps below to start using the free "MyChart" app.

Note: You must have already signed up for MyHealth Online and logged into your account to access your medical records with the MyChart mobile app.


Getting started with Apple (iPhone/iPad):
  • Search for the free "MyChart" app from Epic Systems in the Apple App Store. Download and install the MyChart App onto your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.
  • Open the MyChart app and select "Atrius Heath" from the list of healthcare providers.
  • Login with your MyHealth Online ID and password.

  Visit the iTunes store and download the MyChart app,
  or scan this QR code with your Apple device.

  • Get Medical Advice - Send non-urgent requests for medical advice to your provider's office. You can attach an image of your concern (i.e., a rash).

  • Health Summary - View Medications, Allergies, Immunizations and Health Issues.
  • Medication renewals - Request renewals of current medications.
  • Proxy Access - View other accounts to which you have proxy access.

How do I get the MyChart mobile app?

MyChart Mobile App Screen - Messaging with attachmentsYou can download MyChart from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad (or iTunes on your computer), or from the Google Play Store for your Android phone. It's free. Search for "MyChart" and install it. Once installed, select Atrius Health as your health care provider. You will then be prompted to enter your MyHealth Online username ID and password.
In order to use the mobile MyChart app, first you must have an existing MyHealth Online account. You can sign up online, or ask your Care Team at your next office visit how to enroll.

Is the MyChart mobile app secure?

Yes. All communications/transmissions are encrypted and no sensitive data is stored in your mobile device's memory. To access your medical record, you must log into your account each time.

We recommend securing your mobile device with a passcode, requiring you to unlock your device when you turn it on or wake it up. You should always log-out of MyChart at the end of your session to further protect your personal health information.

Is the MyChart mobile app available for other platforms?

Unfortunately, no. iOS and Android are the only mobile platforms supported at the moment.

Features available on the web site that are NOT available on the MyChart mobile app:

  • Letters are not available on the MyChart mobile app.
  • Referrals are not available on the MyChart mobile app.
  • Insurance information is not available on the MyChart mobile app.
  • When using the MyHealth Online web site, users have the ability to choose if their proxies can view a message they send to their doctor's office. This feature is currently NOT available on the mobile app. Any NEW messages sent via the mobile app will be viewable by those with proxy access to the account.
  • Photos:
    The web site allows you to upload a passport-style photo that will show on the MyHealth web site and are also available to staff viewing your medical record, ensuring your safety and security, helping your Care Team put a face to your name. More information (must be logged in to view).

    The MyChart mobile app can take and show your picture, but these pictures are only shown in the MyChart app and are not viewable or transmitted outside your device. The mobile app pictures will not be saved if you reinstall the app or change devices.
